Out of Towners!

Hello,
We would love to have you stay at friends' here in the Bay Area. Please let us know if you would like this kind of arrangement by sending me an email stating how many days you would like to stay in the Bay Area, how many will you be, if you are coming with your lovely kids or not.
For those of you who would like other arrangements I would suggest few places:

-Downtown Berkeley Inn. A very nice hotel in the heart of berkeley, "great value".

-if you want to look for another hotel just know that we live at 1216 66th Street, Berkeley, CA, 94702 and that most of the festivities will be held close by.

-airbnb, a new concept between couchsurfing.com and home exchange for vacations. Worth checking out for an alternative to hotels: more independence, less costly. "Called the "Ebay for space" by Time Magazine, Airbnb is an online marketplace allowing anyone from private residents to commercial properties to rent out their extra space. The reputation-based site allows for user reviews, verification, and secure online transactions. Listings include vacation rentals, private rooms, entire apartments, bed and breakfasts, boutique hotels, castles, treehouses, and many other traditional and non-traditional accommodations."
